Shipping Information

We deliver to the UK and internationally. If your area doesn’t appear at checkout, drop us a line at sales@waxatelier.com

We endeavour to send your order the quickest possible. Please allow 3-5 working days for standard delivery. WAX Atelier is not responsible for any delays or loss as delivery is provided by a third party and depends on their own terms.

In the case an order gets lost during the delivery, WAX Atelier will resend the items or issue a full refund, excluding any other compensation.

Wax Atelier is not responsible of any duty or tax charges that may be incurred by customs during the transit of your order (this is applicable for EU and international shipping)

Cancellation

You are entitled to cancel your order, for any reason, up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel within this time, we will issue a refund in full within 14 days of the order.

Returns & Exchanges

Our products are all handmade in house with great care and attention.

However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item to us unused, in its original packaging within 7 days of receiving your goods. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping cost for the return of your item. Shipping cost is non-refundable.

If your return is approved, WAX Atelier will refund the value of the item/s or exchange it for you.

You need to retain the proof of the return postage. In case of loss of the parcel, no reimbursement will be possible without this proof.
