Refund policy

Our products are all handmade in house with great care and attention. As these products are handmade from natural materials, minor variations in appearance is to be expected from the images shown.

However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item to us unused, in its original packaging within 7 days of receiving your goods. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping cost for the return of your item. Shipping cost is non-refundable.

If your return is approved, WAX Atelier will refund the value of the item/s or exchange it for you.

You need to retain the proof of the return postage. In case of loss of the parcel, no reimbursement will be possible without this proof.
